At Cartolina, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
